A Walk in the Woods

We went out for a walk in the woods along the creek this afternoon. It feels like spring proper is just about to start. Most of the trees are still bar, and we're getting the last of the early bloomers. The Trout Lillies were out in full-force, and we even found some Fiddle-head Ferns! The ground is blanketed in little bits of greenery and small flowers. It was an excellent walk, and I drew some of the Fiddle-heads and Trout Lillies to help remember it.
