An Evening Message About Morning Light

I'm either done with this painting or tired enough of it to stop working on it. My favorite adage about this part of the painting process states that paintings are never finished - only abandoned. So I'm abandoning this one, I think. I could always decide to start back up on it on Thursday, but that seems unlikely to me. I'm wanting to start something new. And I think the painting does what I wanted it to do. I feel the chilly winter morning when I look at this painting.
