Autumn House

I started another landscape today - working on the medium shapes. I snapped this picture a week or so ago while we were running errands. This one’s bigger than yesterday’s painting , so I’m not quite as far along as I‘d like to be. We’ll have to see if I can get a bit further along on this one on Wednesday. There are a few more medium-sized-shapes on this one as well, which is making it a bit more complex. For these exercises, I’m not worrying much about composition - I’m mostly trying to just get stuff in the right place. I’d like to do a “composition week” here in the near future. I do feel like composition is something I could work on in a more focused manner for a bit.
