Barn Sketch

I got up this morning and wandered around the property we’re renting while we’re up here. It’s lovely, with a lot of unique and pretty things to take notice of. I’ve been taking a lot of photos for future reference. One of my favorite bits of the property is the barn - it’s a big old white painted and cinder-block barn, with all sorts of character. So I whipped out my sketchbook and did a quick sketch of the front of the barn. I love the excess overhang at the front/top of the barn, so I focused on that piece of the drawing. Tomorrow is change-a-water-pump day. I’m foolishly hoping it’s a quick job that goes entirely smoothly without any hiccups. Will report back tomorrow evening.
