Beach Day

It was beach day at the high-school I teach at today. This has absolutely nothing to do with anything, other than this painting that I started a week ago being a beach painting. In fairness, I think their beach day got rained out in much the same way my painting details above.

I really love the way you can see the rain coming in off the lake - the diagonal wall of water. I think I'll give this one more day next week and then move on to something else.
