Cars

I was telling one of my students that I knew what I needed to to next on this painting, but didn't want to do it - so I was looking for something else to paint. Then I realized that probably set a bad example, so I got back to painting this one. It's really the cars that I wasn't keen on painting in. I knew I wanted them loose and more brushy/blobby than realistic, but for some reason I was having trouble wanting to paint them. Once I got going though, it seemed to go ok. I actually got quite a bit further than this, but forgot to take any more photos of the progress. I guess it'll wait until next week. I may actually be near finishing this one. Then I can move on to something else without feeling bad about abounding this one.
