Daffodils

Today was an absolutely beautiful day. Nice and warm. No rain, either. So I wandered out into the back yard with some paints and did a small sketch of the daffodils. I'm not quite done with it, since about 45 minutes into the painting, the sky clouded over and I was reasonably certain it was going to rain. I hurriedly brought everything back inside. It never did rain, but the light effects changed so dramatically that it would've been hard to continue the painting anyways. I'll try to finish it up from memory here over the next few days.
