Dandelion Poofs
I got a chance to finish up the dandelion painting I started last Thursday. It was really just a matter of adding some details in the appropriate parts of the painting. Specifically the shadows of the daffodils in the patches of sunlight. A few more bits and bobs of green in specific places, and the violets sprinkled throughout the scene. Lastly, I added some thicker paint on the outer edges of the dandelions with a palette knife to try to give the impression of the dandelion poofs. Overall, I really like the finished painting.
