Digital Car Sketch

We went to Hannah’s parent’s briefly this afternoon, and the sky was just amazing on the way home. All the clouds were getting into place for a nice rain storm. I took some photo reference from the passenger seat, and did this sketch while watching The Mick this evening after dinner. It felt nice to do some sketching before bed instead of just disassociating the last hour away. I’d like to do a bit more on the sky when I get the chance, as that was really the thing that I liked so much about the scene. I also got another color chart done - magenta. So I’m not a bit over halfway through - just violet, blues and green left. I’m realizing that I basically distracted myself from the lily project by starting the color chart project. But honestly, I’m ok with it. I’ll get back to the lily painting here soon. Maybe I’ll even get another few painted tomorrow afternoon.
