Fall Cabin

I feel like often a place really changes how it appears from season to season. we drive by this place quite often on our way to visit friends and play games, and I never paid it any notice until a particularly beautiful fall day made me see it in a new light. the colors of fall leaves on the trees and covering the ground were such a great compliment to the colors of the cabin that I couldn’t help but try to capture the scene in paint. it feels like such a beautiful slice-of-life fall day scene. I can almost smell the crisp fall day and browning leaves just looking at the painting.
