Farmyard Silhouette

Last week we were driving through some of my favorite SW Michigan farmland right at dusk. I snapped some photos as we were driving, and I'm currently thinking about doing a short series of these sunset scenes to test out some new linen panels I got to test out. So I did a few sketches of some of the scenes to see how they might start looking. I'm mixing and matching bits of the scenes to create some more compelling images. I'm gonna start working on these tomorrow.
