Finishing A Landscape

I spent a bit of time trying to finish another painting today. This one is a start from last week. I was rather happy with my start last week, and a bit sad I couldn’t get back to it until today. It’s always amazing to me how a very selective amount of additional paint in a second layer can really start making a painting feel finished. I’m still a bit fuzzy about what I consider finished more-often-than-not, but I suppose that some of what this week is about.
