Game Day

We went and played games with friends all day. All. Day. I squeezed this portrait in while trying to build cities and generate resources in the Roman Empire. It’s not a great/perfect likeness, but sometimes this happens the first few times I draw somebody. So I often treat the first few attempts to draw somebody as practice. You learn where your version deviates from the reality of the person, and the more you draw/paint them, the better the likeness becomes. Think that’s all for tonight.
