In Process Paintings

It was a good painting day. Got some work done on both this watercolor painting, and the oil painting from Monday pushed on a little bit further as well.

I'm in one of those phases where I hate everything I'm painting, but this too, shall pass. I've been doing this for long enough that I know that I'll get past whatever block I'm currently having and level up a bit. I used to hate this phase. But now I know that having these phases is a sign that growth is coming. And growing - getting better at this thing - is what keeps this whole thing fun.
