It’s Getting Better and I Still Hate it

Finishing paintings. That’s what this week is about. So I figured I’d start with the worst recent painting I’ve started - this self-portrait. It is getting better. I just hate it. I’m almost never into self-portraits that I make. This one… might be worse than usual. I know my right eye - the one on the left - is too large. I need to fix that for sure. Aside from that, I’m not sure what else needs to be done. I think I’ll try to finish some of the other recent paintings over the course of the week, and then return to this one after I’ve maybe gotten into more of a groove.
