Oops, I forgot to do Anything Yesterday

I woke yesterday morning to light filtering through the curtains onto my face. Then I rolled over and went right back to sleep. Yesterday was the first time in a good four months that we had a free, un-scheduled Saturday. So we lounged on the couch all day and watched K-Pop Demon Hunters. And... I forgot that I had anything that I wanted to do... So I didn't remember to do a drawing of any sort. I made up for it today with a compositional sketch from a beautiful atmospheric snowy morning. So I'm including it tonight as well as the painting I got started on today. The painting is the beginning of the compositional sketch I started last week. Though I think I've shifted the subdivision I was so interested in further to the right in the painting. No matter - I reserve the right to adjust things in real-time to better reflect how I feel the painting should go.
