Painting A Kitty

Alva was sleeping in just the right position today, and I’ve been wanting to do a painting of him for a while. But I also know Alva, and the minute I get out the paints, or even look at him for more than a minute, he’ll get up and leave, just out of kitty obstinance. So I snapped a few pictures of him very quickly before his kitty senses sensed me watching him. It’s a good start. Hopefully that good start energy continues into the rest of the painting.
