Pansy Painting

Alright, I did a weird thing and actually did what I said I might yesterday - I painted a sketch of yesterday's pansies... I think I like it enough to continue on with it and see where it goes? I think I may have done the obvious/easy things first, and may have a bit harder time trying to finish this up. That being said that's what I tell my students to do - "Work on the big/obvious parts first, and they'll tell you how to approach the harder parts. Every thing in a painting you get "right" helps you see how to approach the next parts". So I guess I'll practice what I preach and just keep chugging on.
