Rotten Tomatoes

I tried finishing up my tomato painting today, and my head is 100% not in the game today. My reference photo is, shall we say, less than stellar for the tomato leaves, which is the last part of the painting I’d like to finish. I struggled with the painting for a while, brain feeling like mashed potatoes, and then finally gave up for the day. I’m honestly not sure if any paint that I applied to the canvas was any good today, but I also don’t think any of it is truly terrible. I guess I fought the painting to a draw today. Some days that’s all you can hope for.

Here’s how it looks now. Not much different from last time, except that last time I was feeling pretty good, and this time I’m feeling somewhat frustrated.
