Still Under the Weather

i’m still feeling a bit under the weather - not up for anything big today. No oil paint, just Procreate at the end of the day.

I’ve been doing a lot of winter sketches and paintings, and found this fall image in my stash. I wanted something with a bit more color today.

I didn’t have it in me for a longer newsletter today. I know last week I’d suggested every Friday, but I’m still trying to figure out the cadence of a longer occasional newsletter. I Think it’s one of those things where you can develop plans, but often the doing of the actions tells you more of what your plans should be than vice-a-versa. You cannot make plans and expect actions to follow - you must take action and plan with the practicality of a lived practice.
