Surprise Lillies

Here's another one from our Fernwood adventure last week. These guys looked so cool, I just had to snap a few photos of them. Found out later they're a kind of lily. Duh. If I'd really looked at them it would've been apparent. These ones are called "Surprise Lillies". So the title has two meanings. Just the way a good title should. I'm absolutely positive I've said this before, but drawing Lillies is such a delight. I always have so much fun with all the swoopy lines of the petals. And these ones are a bit extra long and swoopy, it seems.
