The Bridge, The Other Way…
Three hours of sleep (mosquitoes, heat lightning and eventually rain kept ruining our plans of sleeping out under the stars in hammocks) and seven hours of driving later, we made it home. We were supposed to be up north for another day, but it was supposed to be hot and rainy all day, and we weren’t feeling that. I grabbed some footage driving across the bridge the not-so-fun way, as Hannah was driving as we crossed this time. Heights really aren’t my thing, and the bridge crossing is always a bit of a nerve-wracking experience, but every bridge crossing really makes me unreasonably proud to be a Michigander. Also, the clouds this morning were particularly U.P. cloud perfect. I’ll add a few of those photos below.
