Trying to Finish A Beginning

I decided today was a the day to chip away at this painting a little more. I was hoping I’d have finished Hannah’s face entirely, but I’ve got a little bit more work to do I think.

I find that sometimes when I’m not certain how to proceed on a painting (as in this case) I just work on the thing that seems the most fun. In this case, painting a 2 square inch portrait seemed like a good time. I’m guessing next it’ll be fun to try and paint a 2 square inch cat.
