Warped Perspective

I won the "get a random headache" lottery this afternoon, and it has put me in just the wrong mood to do much painting. I just couldn't quite manage the focus and attention necessary for a good painting session. But I was messing around with a brush pen before my students got to my ceramics class today, and I did this quick sketch of the radio/cellular towers from the drive to work this morning. I shot the photos in the dark from a moving car, so they're pretty rubbish, but I liked the feeling of movement in the storm clouds, and the way the horizon and buildings warped. Clouds are a bit hard to define with a brush pen, but the warping was a fun exercise.
